Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Echo District LLC, a Long Island–based event production company operating as PartyP Experience (“Company,” “we,” “us”), to the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By booking any services or opting into communications, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.


1. Services Provided

PartyP Experience offers premium event production services including:

  • DJ and MC Services
  • Event Photography
  • Photo Booth Rentals
  • Event Décor and Lighting
  • Event Planning and Coordination

All services are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until a signed contract and deposit are received.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total contract amount is required to secure the event date.

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • PayPal
  • Zelle
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash

Late payments may result in service cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • 30+ days before the event: Deposit is forfeited; no additional fees.
  • 8–29 days before the event: 50% of the total fee is due.
  • Within 7 days of the event: 100% of the total balance is due.

No refunds will be issued for services unused or voluntarily declined on the event day.

4. Service Modifications

All service changes must be requested in writing and approved by the Company.

Changes made less than 7 days before the event may be subject to additional charges and availability.

5. Event Access & Setup

The Client must provide venue access at least 2 hours prior to the event start time for equipment setup.

The venue must provide:

  • Adequate power supply
  • Accessible loading area
  • Reasonable parking access

PartyP Experience is not liable for delays or incomplete setup caused by restricted venue access.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client must communicate all venue rules, restrictions, and permit requirements prior to the event.

The Client must ensure a safe and respectful environment for PartyP Experience staff.

Disrespectful, unsafe, or threatening behavior may result in immediate service termination without refund.

For outdoor events, the Client must provide adequate weather protection (such as tents or covered areas) for all equipment.

7. Photography & Marketing Use

PartyP Experience may use event images, video footage, and media captured during the event for marketing or promotional purposes, including social media and website use, unless the Client opts out in writing prior to the event.

All photographs and video content remain the intellectual property of PartyP Experience unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Liability & Damages

The Client is financially responsible for any damage to Company equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or negligence.

PartyP Experience is not liable for service interruptions caused by:

  • Power failure
  • Inclement weather
  • Venue restrictions
  • Circumstances beyond Company control

In cases of technical failure caused directly by the Company, a partial refund may be issued proportional to the affected service.

9. Photo Booth & Props Policy

The Client is responsible for ensuring respectful guest behavior around the photo booth.

Lost or damaged props will be billed to the Client at replacement value.

If power or internet is unavailable at the venue, certain photo booth features may be limited.

10. Overtime Charges

Overtime must be approved on-site by the Client and is subject to staff availability.

Overtime rates:

  • DJ: $100/hour
  • Photographer: $100/hour
  • Photo Booth Attendant: $75/hour

Overtime must be paid before additional service continues.

11. Force Majeure

PartyP Experience shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Power outages
  • Acts of God
  • Labor strikes
  • Government restrictions
  • Public health emergencies

In such cases, services may be rescheduled within 12 months, subject to availability.

12. Insurance

PartyP Experience carries general liability insurance.

Certificates of Insurance (COI) can be provided upon request for venues or event planners.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith mediation.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be Suffolk County, New York.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with the signed service contract and invoice, represents the entire agreement between PartyP Experience and the Client.

No verbal or prior written agreements shall supersede this document unless signed by both parties.

By submitting a deposit and/or signing the service contract, the Client confirms agreement to all terms outlined in this document.

15. Messaging (SMS) Terms & Conditions

General

When you opt-in to our messaging service, you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your signup.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from PartyP Experience. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provided or any number you later designate.

Message frequency may vary, and additional messages may be sent depending on your interaction with PartyP Experience. We reserve the right to increase or decrease message frequency at any time, as well as change the phone number, short code, or alphanumeric sender used to deliver messages.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile provider for details regarding your plan.

Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation

You may unsubscribe from SMS communications at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message, or
  • Using the unsubscribe link included in our messages (if available)

After unsubscribing, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

Transfer of Mobile Number

If you change or transfer your mobile phone number, you agree to either:

  • Reply STOP from your original number

Failure to do so may result in messages being sent to the new number holder.

Messaging Terms Updates

PartyP Experience reserves the right to modify or terminate the messaging program at any time.

We may also update these Messaging Terms periodically. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation in the messaging program constitutes acceptance of any updates.

PartyP Experience – Return and Refund Policy

  • Effective Date: August 1, 2025
  • At PartyP Experience, we value transparency and professionalism in every aspect of our business. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, credits, or returns may be issued for services and products provided by our team.



1. Non-Refundable Deposit

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your event date. This deposit covers administrative costs and reserves our time and equipment exclusively for your event. Once paid, deposits will not be returned under any circumstances.



2. Event Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@echodistrict.com.
  • 30+ Days Before Event: Deposit is forfeited; no further balance required.
  • 8–29 Days Before Event: 50% of the total fee (minus deposit) is refundable.
  • 7 Days or Less: No refund will be issued; full balance is due.



3. Service Adjustments & Unused Time

  • If a service is canceled or shortened by the client after arrival on-site (e.g., ending a DJ set early), no refunds or credits will be given for unused time.
  • Requests for adjustments (such as fewer hours or dropped services) made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for price reductions or partial refunds.



4. Service Disruptions

  • If PartyP Experience fails to perform due to our own error, we will provide a partial or full refund based on the service disruption.
  • If service failure is due to weather, venue access issues, or power outages beyond our control, no refund is guaranteed.
  • If client behavior or unsafe conditions result in early termination of services, no refund will be issued.



5. Equipment Rentals (Photo Booths, Lighting, etc.)

  • If equipment fails due to a technical fault on our end, a pro-rated refund will be issued.
  • If failure is due to venue limitations, lack of power/internet, or client-provided conditions, no refund will be issued.



6. Product Returns

  • Custom items such as photo albums, prints, or digital media are non-returnable unless defective.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it at no additional cost.



7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
  • By booking with PartyP Experience, you acknowledge and agree to this Return and Refund Policy.
