These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Echo District LLC, a Long Island–based event production company operating as PartyP Experience (“Company,” “we,” “us”), to the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By booking any services or opting into communications, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.
PartyP Experience offers premium event production services including:
All services are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until a signed contract and deposit are received.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total contract amount is required to secure the event date.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date.
Accepted payment methods include:
Late payments may result in service cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
No refunds will be issued for services unused or voluntarily declined on the event day.
All service changes must be requested in writing and approved by the Company.
Changes made less than 7 days before the event may be subject to additional charges and availability.
The Client must provide venue access at least 2 hours prior to the event start time for equipment setup.
The venue must provide:
PartyP Experience is not liable for delays or incomplete setup caused by restricted venue access.
The Client must communicate all venue rules, restrictions, and permit requirements prior to the event.
The Client must ensure a safe and respectful environment for PartyP Experience staff.
Disrespectful, unsafe, or threatening behavior may result in immediate service termination without refund.
For outdoor events, the Client must provide adequate weather protection (such as tents or covered areas) for all equipment.
PartyP Experience may use event images, video footage, and media captured during the event for marketing or promotional purposes, including social media and website use, unless the Client opts out in writing prior to the event.
All photographs and video content remain the intellectual property of PartyP Experience unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
The Client is financially responsible for any damage to Company equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or negligence.
PartyP Experience is not liable for service interruptions caused by:
In cases of technical failure caused directly by the Company, a partial refund may be issued proportional to the affected service.
The Client is responsible for ensuring respectful guest behavior around the photo booth.
Lost or damaged props will be billed to the Client at replacement value.
If power or internet is unavailable at the venue, certain photo booth features may be limited.
Overtime must be approved on-site by the Client and is subject to staff availability.
Overtime rates:
Overtime must be paid before additional service continues.
PartyP Experience shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to:
In such cases, services may be rescheduled within 12 months, subject to availability.
PartyP Experience carries general liability insurance.
Certificates of Insurance (COI) can be provided upon request for venues or event planners.
Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith mediation.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be Suffolk County, New York.
This Agreement, along with the signed service contract and invoice, represents the entire agreement between PartyP Experience and the Client.
No verbal or prior written agreements shall supersede this document unless signed by both parties.
By submitting a deposit and/or signing the service contract, the Client confirms agreement to all terms outlined in this document.

We may also update these Messaging Terms periodically. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation in the messaging program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
